Fluxxling

~

I’ll not be confined
always in motion
eternal ebb and flow
perpetual like the seas
my spirit is flux
seeking balance that’s mine
to change at will

I’ll not be defined
my nature’s fluid
my essence — turbulent
reach not for me
I will not be held
do not name me
I will not be yours
