Bitter
the salt of lies
that proselytize
false reality
I see truth
bloodied
bound and blinded
stumbling as a wraith
conflicted sides
shackled
to fear’s cold stone
bound
by the rough rope
of disinformation
battle’s here
we must fight
smite deceit
blaze truth’s light
