Original digital surreal art: “Moon Child” by: rob kistner © 9/19/23
B eauty filled the heart of moon child
wondrous earth set her dreams in motion
sunny beachs were one reason she smiled
as was moonlight on the sand by the ocean

sand castle’s magic, the gift of moon child
creating her sand castles left her beguiled
her vivid imagination was amazingly wild

but now she, as do I, find it quite tragic
the way earth’s oceans have been defiled
her dreams have sadly lost their magic
broken, is the pure heart of moon child

It is difficult to see the way humans change the earth for the worse with all the litter and pollution we create. I do my best to keep my footprint small.
Bravo Mel, I try to do the same… 🙂
Very impressive Fold. Thanks for the mudic and art too.
Much????love
Thank you Gillena… 🙂

Thank you Sanaa. I have become borderline bipolar, so I fully understand the switch my friend, and how quickly it can be thrown… 🙂 Also for me, I am drawn to darkness, and find the feeling melancholy attractive, even liberating at times. 🙂
Wise and wonderful … and I must add, a great fold poem. I failed the form test but will try again one day. Sending hearty greetings your way.
Thank you Helen… 🙂 I hear you my friend, I really have no idea if I actually did this correctly, but hey… 😉
The moon child metaphor highlights what we ourselves are failing to register – great fold Rob…
Thank you my friend… 🙂
