though it’ll be one among many
hope this one stands apart
hope it revs your wild heart
and boundaries — you won’t have any

I like the hope of her not having boundaries.
Atop a Ducati she’ll have no boundaries Frank! 😉
Incredible gift, wonderful verse. Your daughter is gorgeous, looking a lot like your wife.
Thank you Glenn on all counts! 🙂 Jennifer, her business moniker, is Director of Webinar Training for Fidelity Investments. She plays soccer, plays tennis semi-professionally, competes in pro-poker tournaments in Vegas — and unlike her father, is quite well established financially. She owns homes in San Francisco and Nashville. I’m a proud papa, but the credit for her success is definitely all hers.
That will be an awesome gift for your daughter! Have a good Holiday and see you in the new year!!!
Have a great holiday season Grace! 🙂
A wonderful gift! – May her journey always be filled with adventure.
Wishing you and your family a joyous holiday season filled with love.
Thank you True, and my best to you and yours.
She’s gonna have FUN with that 😀 Merry Christmas, Rob, to you and yours!
Thank you Lynn, Merry Christmas to you as well.
She’s a chip off the old block, as you have that born wild nature as well, Rob. My dad bought us kids mini-bikes when we were young and I thank him for it.
She is all I was and much more! Good for your dad Lisa — very cool! 🙂
A brilliant gift for Jeni, and I hope you have a wonderful Christmas with your family, Rob. See you back at the Poets Pub in the New year!
Thank you Kim! Should be out of the hospital by then.
Daughter Jeni has a great dad!
Dad has a great daughter Xan! 🙂
From your response to Glenn your daughter has certainly broken all barriers to take on all and sundry. Obviously you have a lot to do with it Rob!
Hank
I encouraged her participation as a youth Hank, even helped coach during grade school. I also supported her journey toward college — but the drive to succeed as she has beyond grade school was all hers.
Oh yes, freedom and no boundaries. The best gifts!
What a truly remarkable gift! Love the rhyme too Rob.
What a perfect gift… it will truly be special
🙂
That’s brilliant! Just what we all wish for our children (no boundaries not the Ducati). 🙂
Was the gift a bike, freedom or both, Rob????Merry after-Xmas.
Nice gift, Rob.
How awesome is that?!
Are you all right my friend? I miss you at my blog and at Muse. Send up a flare if you can.
Thank you for your kind words Shay, they are genuinely appreciated. As I commented to Glenn, events in my life over the past several months leave me only two choices — despair or hope. I am choosing to sustain hope for as long as I can.
