Here they are yesterday being silly at supper. Hey’Yoo (Kathy) and Alex.
My wife is grandma
our grandson calls her hey’yoo
it’s a name of love
it is always what she coo’s
when she gives him love tickles

That’s just adorable! I love how people get those names that stick from littlies.
The two of them are a hoot together. I sometimes smile so big it hurts… 🙂
Love tickles are the best. My granddaughter called me “Grandma By the Whales” when she was little, because I lived here at the beach, where the whale migration passes by.
Great name Sherry! 😉 I love the workings of a child’s imagination. I have tried to keep my sense of wonder alive. 🙂
SUPER cute, Rob!

so sweet. This will stick for always. Lovely story. Thanks for sharing
Oh yes Selma. It has already evolved to be the love handle by which the family calls Kathy when ever Alex present, I sometime fluctuate between calling her HeyYoo and Kathy. 🙂
